SonomikaTD turns TouchDesigner into a focused VJ system. It is built for live shows, audiovisual performances, projection mapping, and installations. VJs and visual artists can assemble layered compositions without rebuilding their setup for every event.
The interface uses a simple column-based workflow. Drag videos and TOX effects into scenes. Build effect chains, then crossfade between columns during a performance. Prepare up to 32 scenes in advance. Control them with MIDI, OSC, or audio-reactive inputs. The workspace also includes performance monitoring, video recording, and screenshot capture.
SonomikaTD runs directly in TouchDesigner. It supports standard TOX components, so existing effects do not need to be converted to a proprietary format. Save and reopen sets or relink media when files move. Render-scale and freeze controls help keep demanding performances responsive. MIDI controller templates are included for a faster setup.
