We designed and coded PitchPilot for service teams that need to respond to briefs quickly without losing quality or consistency. The tool turns discovery notes, client requirements, service descriptions, timelines, and pricing inputs into a structured proposal draft.
The workflow supports editable sections, tone controls, reusable service blocks, and internal review before a proposal is shared. This makes it easier to create documents that feel specific to the client while still following the company’s preferred structure.
Tech stack
PitchPilot uses a React and TypeScript frontend with a structured proposal editor, reusable service blocks, and a backend workflow for turning brief data into proposal sections. The AI layer separates strategy, scope, timeline, pricing notes, assumptions, and next steps into editable modules so teams can review each part before exporting.
The system can connect to CRM records, pricing sheets, project templates, and document export services. We designed it to support PDF generation, version history, internal approval states, and guardrails that keep tone, formatting, and service descriptions consistent across different proposals.
The result is a faster sales and project planning workflow, reducing repetitive writing while helping teams produce clearer proposals with stronger strategic framing.
